I was just like you. Working the daily grind in the corporate world. Running the rat race and trying to climb the ladder. Everyday fighting traffic and co-workers to find my place in the industry. While I'm not saying Real Estate is for everyone, it sure has changed how I live my life and the things I am able to do.
If Real Estate is something you are passionate it about, I can't implore you enough to chase after it. Whatever it is in life that brings you passion, give it a shot. This is what I finally did. Took the plunge off the high dive out of the corporate world. I headed first to investment properties, flips, short term rentals, long term rentals, land deals and home design.

If you are wanting a keen eye with design or simply reached your rev limiter with your remodel, I also work with clients one on one to make their thoughts become reality. I help them see the possibilities and find the vendors to source matrials and come up with products that will fit each persons style.
My drive has brought me as far as I've come today. Everyone used to laugh when I was 20, saying I will retire before I am 40. Then I did. I in fact retired when I was 38. Now when I said retired, I use that word loosely. Because I retired from the corporate world and started real estate. I make my own schedule and work when I want. I think this is something everyone should get to do WAY before they are 65. Give me a chance to help you achieve the same type of freedom.
